Do you ship out the products on the same day that I order it?

How does my package get shipped out?

All packages are shipped out via UPS (www.ups.com) or the USPS (US Postal Service) for PO Box orders.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

We do, although we prefer residential shipping since it will go faster. There is typically an additional 2-3 business day delay due to extra processing involved in PO Box shipping.

Do you deliver to other countries other than the United States?

We deliver to any country who allows the import of Hoodia, since some do not due to local laws. If you do not see your country on our drop-down list on the website, it means we do not ship to your country. We apologize, but we do this for your own protection.

I'm leaving the country in 2 days; can I have the product shipped to me overnight?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship our packages overnight due to large volume of orders we receive everyday.

Do I have to place my order with a credit card?
